James has worked closely with Business Link in an advisory capacity as well as having attended and spoken at a number of their events.

It was developed in partnership with subject experts within Government and relevant organisations to help businesses comply with regulations and improve performance.

As the business community is very close to my heart, I wanted to use my own experiences and understanding of what the SME community needs to make various recommendations on how the Business Link services could be more effective. Having been asked to look at a very specific area of the Business Link service, I wanted to ensure that all of the recommendations were realistic, scalable and able to be implemented.”

The business acumen and experience James has amassed, makes him an autonomous and invaluable resource when businesses explore options to achieve tangible results on a National scale. In his advisory capacity, James focussed on how he can draw upon his private sector experience to ensure that the deliverables of a project are both achievable and realistic.
