James was honoured to open the parliamentary reception of the Government funded campaign ‘Global Entrepreneurship Week’ formerly run by Enterprise UK.

Organisations in over 80 countries ran thousands of events to inspire people to embrace innovation, imagination and creativity. Global Entrepreneurship Week is a worldwide movement of entrepreneurial people, with millions unleashing their enterprising talents and turning their ideas into reality. James also joined the ‘Flying Start Rally’ during the event to talk to young entrepreneurs about his journey, successes and failures, and how to make it big in business. He encourages young entrepreneurs to think outside the box and act on their ambitions by inspiring them through events and forums set up by Government initiatives.

“In the past, government spending has relied upon pouring money into economy but that isn’t going to happen at the moment, large corporate companies aren’t growing which only leaves small to medium businesses to pull the country out of recession. SMEs now thrive through the use of technology and if we achieve anything through Global Entrepreneurship Week, I would like the government give prominence to the online resources that are so crucial to business growth”.
