Over the last year, our business has experienced rapid growth and an opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join the team. You will work closely with our Client Director and manage all aspects of the marketing, branding and business development process.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Definition and creation of marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities.

- Production and delivery of these campaigns and performance-monitoring and analysis.

- Support for our Partners in the execution of their personal marketing plans.

- Business development and management of strategic alliance partnerships.

 

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with considerable initiative and an ability to think outside of the box. A minimum of 5 year’s experience in a marketing role is preferable as is a marketing or business related degree or MBA.

Personal qualities will include passion, drive, entrepreneurialism and the ability to embrace change in a rapidly-evolving environment. The successful candidate will certainly possess a high degree of emotional intelligence and sufficient gravitas to operate at client Board level. Knowledge of the SME sector is a definite advantage but is not essential.

Opportunities have now arisen for Business Advisory Partners to join their team.

As a Partner, you will work with the Board of Directors’ of SME companies to help them achieve high growth and maximize their exit value using your skills and experiences and our proven methodology. Clients are typically based in UK, are from all sectors and need an Advisor who is motivated to help the client maximise the value in their business.

Partners will build their own portfolio businesses under the brand of a hugely successful business. Partners receive excellent day rates and also have the opportunity to participate in the value they create for their clients at exit, gaining considerable financial reward as a result.

To be considered for this appointment, it is likely that you will have built a successful business and taken part in an exit event. You will also have demonstrable success in one or more of the following areas:

- Experience as a business owner or founder
- Experience within businesses with revenues of between £5 and £100 million

James Caan, former BBC Dragon, is looking for a talented and versatile designer to work at his Mayfair company, Hamilton Bradshaw.  This is an exciting opportunity if you are looking for a varied role with lots of creative freedom.
You would be part of the in-house Marketing team, working on a huge variety of projects including developing brochures, advertisements, presentations, books, web pages and digital marketing.

To be considered for this position, you will need:
- At least 2 years experience of working for a client or agency
- An excellent portfolio which demonstrates a flair for style and creativity
- Experience of Adobe programmes, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- A Graphic Design qualification

- Experience with Flash and After Effects would be beneficial but not essential

You will be a talented and enthusiastic individual with a passion for design. You also need to be highly organised, be able to work to tight deadlines and have an eye for detail.

Experience of website CMS, photography and a keen interest in social media would be advantageous.  Experience of video production and video editing software such as After Effects or Premiere Pro would also be beneficial but not essential to your application.

Hamilton Bradshaw, a leading private equity company, chaired by one of the UK’s most prolific Entrepreneurs and former “Dragon” James Caan, is looking for a high caliber experienced Finance Director for its new real estate business, HB Real Estate.  This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who wants to be an integral part of the growth strategy and implementation of a new division of an established private equity firm.

The current portfolio includes real estate joint ventures and real estate investment companies, and is set for growing rapidly in 2012 in the real estate agency and real estate finance subsectors both domestically and internationally.   Sector knowledge in property and property services is mandatory.

Reporting to the Managing Partner of HB Real Estate, you will be responsible overall for accounting (including fund accounting), taxation, finance, IT security and day to day management of the finance aspects of HB Real Estate.  You will also be responsible for working with the Managing Partner in evaluating, conducting due diligence, and structuring new joint venture and private equity deals in the real estate sector.

We are looking for an analytical individual who is ACA or CIMA fully qualified with at least 10 years PQE who has financial and commercial skills with experience in the real estate sector. The candidate should have a customer facing approach and will represent the Company in board meetings with real estate portfolio companies. They must also have a high level of attention to detail, have the ability to set up the necessary internal control mechanisms in a rapidly growing property services company, and be motivated by a SME entrepreneurial environment. At present, you will typically be running the finances of more than one business; you must be a strategic thinker, who can demonstrate adding value to businesses. This individual should have been involved in acquisitions and disposals and worked closely with professional advisors and must be someone who is used to making tough decisions.
