AvantaHamilton Bradshaw backed the management team to establish a new business focussed on central London, where demand and returns are greater. HB provides general direction, strategic and corporate finance support to the management team as it implements a rapid expansion programme aimed at delivering a portfolio of ten units over the next three years. HB is confident that the management team’s experience in the sector will ensure that Avanta is able to deliver returns to investors.
Avanta is building a portfolio of properties through innovative and highly attractive funding channels. Avanta acquired its first unit at Oxford Circus in March 2004. This 26,000 sq. ft. building was completely refurbished and by July 2004 it was fully let. Building on this success, Avanta and HB have already opened two further buildings (50,000 sq ft each) in prominent Central London locations – ‘Media Village’ in Great Titchfield Street and 83 Victoria Street in Westminster, in which Avanta also has a significant stake in the freehold. ![]() Contact details 1 Hammersmith Grove |
