Introduction to HB:
Pre-Investment:
Before Hamilton Bradshaw’s involvement, Eden Brown had a turnover of £65 million and an ambitious plan of how they wanted to grow their business but needed further expertise in order to achieve their goals.
Post-Investment:
HB began by sourcing a buyer for Eden Brown, via acquiring it into our recruitment group HBHC. It now has a turnover in excess of £125 million and has more than 250 staff. Since the purchase of Eden Brown, HBHC has made two further acquisitions- Resourcing Group and Sagitta. Resourcing Group’s profit more than doubled since acquisition. Furthermore, HBHC has started 3 new companies: Caritas Recruitment, Lehman Ambrose and Attenti; working with them to launch the HBHC staff equity scheme which to date has created more than 60 new shareholders in HBHC.
