Introduction to HB:
Spike Hughes
Pre-Investment:
Hamilton Bradshaw was introduced to INSYNERGY via their CEO, Spike, culminating in a direct investment from James Caan.
Post-Investment:
James Caan was appointed the Chairman of INSYNERGY Investment Management Limited. Hamilton Bradshaw has assisted with controlling INSYNERGY’s cost base, fund raising and human resourcing. Furthermore, HB recognized that INSYNERGY would find it challenging, as most start-ups do, to attract a top performing management team. HB has therefore, consistently played a hands on role in managing the human capital in the business – from leveraging its brand and recruitment expertise to attracting and interviewing high calibre candidates to resolving mission critical management issues. Additionally, the business has utilised the profile of its chairman to increase its media profile which has enabled the investment management firm to grow in a tough economic market.
