Dragon’s Den star James Caan has launched a property joint venture.

 Caan’s private equity vehicle, Hamilton Bradshaw Real Estate, and property search vehicle, Garrington, are

 joining forces to create an investment advisory for high-net-worth individuals, with a particular focus on

 international clients.

 Caan said: “By partnering with Garrington, we can leverage our collective expertise and networks to create a

 best-in-class, independent investment advisory service for HNWIs looking to invest in UK real estate.”

 The business will launch from offices in Mayfair in the spring.
